Senior Manager, Global HRIS Operations Manager

 

Ensure PeopleSoft HCM is leveraged to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency to support Global HR operations and data management.  Lead the global HRIS team in managing activities for PeopleSoft, which support HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Regional HR Partners and other inter-related functions across the company. Interface with Regional HR Management regularly to ensure operations expectations are properly prioritized, managed and executed.  Manages the HR Helpdesk and outsourced vendor in supporting managers and employee worldwide.  Responsible for global HRIS audit and data privacy.  Develops complete, realistic and timely project plan for execution of new  enhancements or upgrades. Builds consensus among other departments and Sr. HR leaders required for successful execution of system enhancements and upgrades. Ensures communications are developed and delivered effectively to HR stakeholders. Promotes proactive approaches using PeopleSoft and other tools as required to solve business needs for HR functional areas, while communicating effectively to manage expectations around HRIS operational capabilities. Identifies opportunities to enhance understanding of PeopleSoft for HR and other functional areas.  Set expectations for the Global HRIS operations team through effective training, objective setting and develops and motivates HRIS operations team to deliver exceptional quality work and client service. 


- Minimum 10 years HR experience including a minimum of 5 years developing and managing the implementation of HRIS programs.
-5+ years of direct people management experience
-Experience managing HelpDesk and outsourcing
-Functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Security protocols, and PeopleSoft Query, SQR, nVision, Process Scheduler and application design tools strongly preferred; ability to design, develop, test and support customizations.
-Attention to detail required with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate complex data for a variety of audiences.
-Experience with SOX audit and data privacy
-Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects across various geographies and locations.
-Provide SQR, Query, Configuration and Workflow support as required
-Provide support for external business units accessing HR systems and data.
-Lead cross functional teams of both HR and IT experts
-Support the Director HRIS on HR Service Delivery projects as necessary
-Must be able to foster strong relationships with peers and leaders.
-Assertive, confident, and self-motivated with a flexible approach to a dynamic environment.
-Strong Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills are necessary
