Responsibilities:

•Lead the NA Sales Finance FP&A team for a $3 billion sales organization
•Manage team of 7 people based in the US and India
•Manage relationship with Corporate Finance teams and Operations team
•Standard period reporting, variance analysis and explains
•Provide value added insight on key business drivers
•Lead preparation of business cases (ad hoc & strategic)
•Drive reduction of reporting time to increase first line analysis

•Able to set and maintain priorities in a dynamic environment
•Strong leadership skills and operate effectively in a matrix organization
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Requires 7-10 years experience and a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
