Sr. Customer Contracts -- Washington, D.C. Company: AT&T
Requirements:
Synopsis of Position: Primary area of responsibility is the drafting and negotiation of Government (Federal, State and Local), Education and Medical agreements for wireless products and services. Duties include the development and presentation of a comprehensive wireless service programs to customers, and to effectively negotiate those offers through the contract process. Position requires expertise in terms/conditions and offer-negotiation strategy, close collaboration with various sales teams and continuous interaction with customers to develop custom business contracts. Also requires a strong knowledge of proposal/contract analysis/management, regulatory affairs, sales management techniques and thorough legal competence to effectively construct and negotiate unique customer offers/agreements.
- Support national AGS and GEM sales teams
- Directly negotiates with customer
- Deliver large quantity of successful, high quality, responsive custom bids that balance the achievement of revenue growth, market share growth and customer satisfaction objectives
- Works with AGS/GEM to identify contract opportunities for retention, acquisition and development
