Sr. Benefits Analyst

The Sr. Benefits Analyst will assist employee with inquiries, and maintain an upbeat and encouraging attitude while resolving day to day benefits-related issues, so that employees may focus on their own important job at hand. Detailed Job Description: Assist manager in coordination of employee benefit programs Prepare, process and disseminate necessary documentation regarding benefit plans/programs, enrollments, claims processing, benefit changes (i.e.: Workers Compensation, OSHA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, FMLA, Life Insurance, AD&D, 401(k), Medical, Dental & FSA enrollment process, benefits changes, etc) Assist in preparation of employee benefit information and statements, including basic bill paying, maintaining benefit records, filing information as needed Be knowledgeable in state and federal requirements relevant to the benefits programs offered to employees Coordinate the annual United Way campaign, company-wide Prepare correspondence to vendors, employees and doctors as needed Create, plan and coordinate Wellness program, company-wide Assist in integration of benefits plans for acquisitions Direct Benefits Specialist role and Contractor roles by effectively planning and coordinating work assignments Required: Bachelors Degree 2-3 years human resources and/or Sr. Benefit Analyst related experience Detailed knowledge of ADA, FMLA WC and state disability plans as well as 401(k) Higher level understanding of the administration of disability, health, dental, FSA, life and AD&D plans Experience creating and coordinating corporate wellness programs We look for people who understand the value and importance of extraordinary customer service, and who practice it in their daily business life.
