B2B Sales - Account Executive - General Business, Corporate, and Public Sector Sales!
As a Sprint Nextel Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, growing and maintaining small to mid-market business accounts. This is a quota based position and you will call on/visit prospective wireless customers and identify new business. Through solutions based selling, you will analyze customer needs, identify and customize wireless/voice/data products and services to win accounts on a monthly basis. This transactional based sales position also requires retaining and growing accounts through exceptional customer care, upselling and follow-up. You must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. You will be accountable for a high volume of cold calling, appointment setting, and closing of general business accounts to achieve all sales quota metrics. In addition, you will work side by side with prospective customers as a professional consultant to analyze telecom business needs and make recommendations on wireless solutions.

• Successful sales experience within a business environment.
• New customer acquisition experience
• Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product proposals and quotes
• Experience in tracking customer sales information, forecasts & reports using related software applications

• Associates Degree Preferred
• Experience cold calling/prospecting new & existing clients
• Proven wireless sales experience
• Proven track record of consistent above quota performance
• Ability to work in a team sales environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT/wireless solutions
• Working knowledge of computer applications and internet navigation
Job Requirements:
Generates sales of company systems and services in named accounts, specific industry or assigned geographic territory. Contacts/visits existing and prospective customers. Builds and maintains network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects. Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can fill customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's entire product line; may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Candidates should possess a successful history of net new business sales, consistent achievement of quota and revenue targets and can accurately and punctually prepare sales forecasts and weekly activity reports. Additionally, candidates should have strong presentation, organization and communications skills with the ability to pay strict attention to details. Responsible for work on smaller, localized accounts. May be partnered with a more senior sales rep having broader impact. Sources customers, begins to develop transactional-based relationships. Reports to Sales Manager.
Basic qualifications include:
Related sales experience (preferably in wireless, data and/or enterprise software applications)
Knowledge of the organization's entire product line
Experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
