Cricket Communications has multiple opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to an organization that rewards your success.Position OverviewHR Specialist – StaffingThe HR Specialist will be responsible for providing staffing support to the staffing team by maintaining accurate job files; applicant tracking; phone screening candidates; scheduling interviews; initiating pre-employment screening (entering background information and evaluating results); generating offer letters; and performing general administrative duties.In addition, the successful applicant will also be responsible for generating various company-wide reports for the HR group and staffing function, including but not limited to, applicant tracking, HRMS, and job files (must be able to lift up to 20lbs). Will assist in the pre-hire process of regular and temporary employees, maintaining the applicant tracking system, monthly auditing of company-wide job files, utilizing electronic I-9 system, and various projects as needed to support the HR department.QualificationsRequires 1-2 years general administrative experience in an HR environment with proven skills in organization, prioritization and handling projects. Must have excellent record keeping, documentation and reporting skills as well as, strong attention to details. Also requires are excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft Office/Internet skills. BA or equivalent work experience required.
