Solution Sales Director needed in Morristown, NJ Company: AT&T

Requirements:

AT&T, the Leader in Telecommunications, is looking for a Sales Leader with significant experience in creating and selling customized/integrated end to end solutions. The Sales Director will conceive and Architect strategic Solutions based on our customers needs. In addition, the Sales Director will lead and mentor the Sales team in successfully applying vision, innovation and best practice to gab analyses and idea generation in order to create solution that deliver benefit. Solutions will include but not be limited to the AT&T portfolio (wireline/wireless), 3rd party vendors and partnerships.

Now we are looking for a Leader who can drive the Total Solution Sales initiative and strategically align AT&T as the Trusted Advisor in delivering World Class End to End Solutions to our Customers.

AT&T Sales Director is responsible for not only leading an account team in achieving the attainment of revenue goals, profits, receivables and customer satisfaction objectives but also strategically aligning the team and AT&T as the Total Solution Provider of End to End solutions for our customers. The Sales Director will develop and implement an overall strategy by understanding the needs of our customer and architecting an innovative End to End Solution. Qualified Applicant will have the following Skills:
8 to 10+ Years Sales Experience
5 to 7+ Years End to End Solution Sales Experience
5 to 7+ Years of Sales Management/Leadership Leading a Successful Sales Team
Product/Services and Technical/Engineering Background
Customized Solutions Sales Wireline / Wireless / Partners / Vendors
Contract Negotiations for Solution Sales -Large, Complex
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills
Financial Background
Project Management
Technical Background (Network, Design, Prof Services, etc)
Relationship Building (Organizational, Customer, etc)
Consultative Sales Experience

Candidate MUST meet the interview/assessment qualification for this position.

Educational Requirements
BS in EE, MS, MATH, MIS, CS, Eng
MBA Plus
