Site Acquisition Specialist

SITE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST:

 

Identifies properties, negotiates, and secures telecom cell site locations.

 

¨  Identifies properties, negotiates, and secures telecom cell site locations.

¨  Determines land use constraints of all land within target area - Initial Zoning Analysis.

¨  Determines ownership of candidate.

¨  Negotiates price, term, escalation, equipment location, property, and ancillary agreement.

¨  Determines land use constraints of candidate parcel (specific zoning).

¨  Secures property rights by having landlord execute necessary agreements.

¨  Locates appropriate quality and quantity of candidates in search area.

¨  Obtains RF approval of candidate.

¨  Conducts high quality construct ability review.

¨  Prepares site sketch

¨  Prepares site directions (site locator map).

¨ Reviews title report for ownership, encumbrances, easements, etc. and notifies teammates of results.

¨ Supplies identifying documentation (master leases, as-builts, existing easements, etc.) for all site candidates.

¨ Reviews zoning drawings prior to submittal for compliance with public agency and client requirements.

¨  Prepares and submits land use entitlement applications.

¨  Determines and reports the task duration, project schedule and budget of deliverables.

¨  Meets or exceeds the deliverable expectations of the Market Team Leader and the project schedule.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

¨  Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent related experience

¨  1+ years in wireless Site Acquisition and/or Zoning experience…required

¨  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
