Location:Â Richmond, VA 23235 Employment Type:Â Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Pay Rate:Â 40.00 - 50.00 USD /hour Reference Code:Â 1001141006 Telecom / Network Technician Job DescriptionCandidate should have knowledge, skills, and ability to design, configure, and deploy Cisco CallManager 4.1, Unity 4.2, CVP 3.X and 4.X within the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) environment utilizing H.323-configured ingress and VXML gateways. The core IPT Infrastructure is global and will consist of large hub sites which host call processing and Voicemail using CallManager and Unity servers. These hub site also host the CVP and UCCE Servers, and gatekeepers. Call routing will utilize all the above mentioned components. Remote call centers will utilize Cisco SRST technology communicating with the hub sites over an MPLS network. Candidate should also have a good working knowledge of implementing transcoders and media termination points.
