Prepare state income tax returns for the 2007 tax year.  Resolve complicated tax issues, including the correlation of Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 382 limitations on net operating loss carry forwards with cancellation of indebtedness issues under IRC Section 108 resulting. Qualifications: Highly preferred experience with public accounting or consulting firm. Public company experience strongly preferred in the areas state and local income tax. Must have high level analytical based experience Ability to function independently as well as interacting effectively with many different operational areas and levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance or related field Professional certification such as CPA highly preferred  If you meet the above requirements and have a willingness to make a difference please send your resume to rebecca.luff@hudson.com  The hourly rate for this position is $55.00 to 65.00/hr. depending on experience.We are committed to the principles of diversity and equal opportunity.
