Senior Marketing Manager

We deliver service on our own leading edge integrated network with around-the-clock surveillance, troubleshooting and maintenance at our Network Operations Center.

 The following are the primary goals of the Senior Marketing Manager:Oversees various marketing disciplines including strategy and support, channels and partners, integrated marketing programs; vertical markets, competitive intelligence and partnership management.Close collaboration with other marketing functions such as event planning, public relations, and direct marketing.Works closely with Product Management to develop vertical market-focused offers.Develops marketing programs geared toward new customer acquisition and embedded base growth.  Maintains an ongoing knowledge of competitive information and trends to ensure timely counters.  Communicate competitive intelligence to sales channels.  Provide SWOT training oriented toward top competitors.Market analysis and segmentation. Customer data analysis.Program development and management.

 

Requirements:

 5+ years of marketing experience in the telecom or technology industry.Experience in marketing analysis and segmentation.A strategic thinker who can analyze a situation, collaborate with internal and eternal constituents and implement the right solutions.Experience in B2B marketing within a mid-size organization.  Demonstrated success in providing marketing support to sales channels. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.  Solid understanding of marketing and business processes.Background in telecommunications and cable TV competitive landscape a plusMust demonstrate both creativity and strong analytical skills in an ever-changing environment.Ability to coach and develop staff.The candidate shall be a strategic and balanced leader who instills confidence in their team; is able to create business focused marketing strategies for existing and new markets, advance ideas and is capable of positioning themselves in senior management situations.
