Security Manager (Beaverton, Oregon) - 55047141
In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of investigations associated with criminal and or dishonest acts against Comcast.
Plans and directs the business unit security function under senior management direction.
Accountable for ensuring that the security programs and strategies of Comcast are effectively implemented and maintained.
Manages security operations and staff, overall planning and organization of programs for one or more sites/facilities within a geographic area/region.
Development of physical security recommendations to facilitate the protection of company property/assets from loss and facilitate security awareness training to employees.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
BA or BS degree in Business, Criminal Justice or related field required.
Minimum three years experience with a public service or private sector security, intelligence, major law enforcement organization.
Minimum two years cable industry experience beneficial.
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) desired.
Three years management/supervisory experience.
Must be knowledgeable in state laws and statutes impacting security methods and investigations.
Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, and to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Valid state drivers' license and acceptable driving record.
