Job Responsibilities
Team Sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.

-Ensure competence and continuity of qualified Sales Representatives through optimum selection, training and development, motivational techniques, and performance management.
-Active field coaching of Sales Representatives related to all aspects of product knowledge, prospecting and lead development, face-to-face selling skills, funnel management, and time and territory management.
-Accurately report and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results and other activity and performance measures.
-Develop, plan, and coordinate seminars, sale incentive plans, and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
-Coordinate efforts with other internal organizations to insure maximum effectiveness.
-Management of sales team expenses.
-Must lead by example by modeling the Comcast Credo, Touchstones, and Promise.
-Must address personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company Policy.
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
-Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements
BS/BA Degree (or equivalent work experience)

Qualifications:
-5-7 years prior sales management experience in a data a focused sales organization;
-5-7 years direct experience with business to business sales;
-5-7 years direct sales experience with a high tech, IT or communications organization.
-Strong written/verbal communication skills required as this position is responsible for ensuring potential customers understand current promotions and products available to them within a certain timeframe;
-Ability to work within MS Office applications such as ASC, Word, Excel and Outlook;
-Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
-Excellent detail orientation and follow-through skills;
-Strong discretionary skills as this position will have access to and work with information of a confidential nature;
-Must be able to motivate, lead and mentor. Also take ownership of role.
