Sales Director

He or she will build a small sales team into a nationwide force to be reckoned with. The job will require molding, motivating, managing, mentoring, and selling. Help One Call Now be a leader in the Communications industry by acting as the Sales Director who sells products; determines annual unit and gross-profit plans; establishes sales objectives; implements national sales programs; maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price; sets and adjusts selling prices; manages sales managers.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Outstanding commitment to the long-term development of employees. Proven ability to coach managers with specific and measurable objectives in areas such as people management, leadership, and quality.

Expert at designing, implementing, and refining systems to manage complex processes and to optimize performance.

Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs.

Proficient at establishing sound budget goals and objectives.

Skilled negotiator. Negotiates or mediates discussions competently, making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.

Understands the market, the customer, and the competition.

Demonstrates intense motivation to sell.

Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

BA/BS or equivalent experience, mba preferred.
