Telecommunications company in SW Houston has an immediate need for Technical Support Reps in their Customer Care department. This friendly office is looking for experienced, confident individuals. $13.50-14/hr.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting, up-selling and providing general customer service for residential and commercial cable customers

Qualified candidates will possess: 1+ years previous technical support experience Any networking experience a strong plus Technical aptitude, will maneuver between multiple databases Attendance and punctuality critical! Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS! Military experience is a PLUS!
