To apply, scroll back up and click on the link to Apply Now! • Perform assigned tasks in compliance with instructions and ISO 9000 requirements • Receive, store, handle and distribute material • Package and process outbound product and miscellaneous material shipments • Operate and maintain receiving, storeroom, and packaging equipment • Verify kind, count, and condition on all incoming shipments (first stage inspection) • Identify and label all materials and route them to the proper storage or delivery points • Transact and record all material movements and shipments • Replenish production inventory and monitor & status inventory levels • Identify, segregate and disposition nonconforming product • Perform cycle counts • Perform final inspection of product prior to packaging and/or shipment • Prepare and package product for shipment and route via approved carrier as directed • Control and maintain the postage meter and process inbound and outbound mail. • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area • Train associates & peers • Participate in corrective and preventive action to improve processes & productivity • Promote teamwork by helping others and being a good teammate • Support customer visits & audits • Understand and practice safety policies and procedures in the work place. ____________________________________________________________________________________ 2. AUTHORITY: • Consistent with Responsibilities ____________________________________________________________________________________ 3. INTERFACE WITH OTHERS: This position will interface with all organizations as required to perform job responsibilities. Primary interface is with the carriers, production associates, and the storeroom & production supervisors. ____________________________________________________________________________________ 4.
