Position Description:

The Clearwire team has a great opportunity for you if you are an experienced, Retention Representative who will drive service excellence by personally responding to Clearwire customer’s needs.Job Responsibilities: • Receive inbound calls from Clearwire broadband users and overcome issues and concerns in order to avoid customer cancellations.• Wow customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support.• Provide advanced troubleshooting of wireless broadband, IP services, PC’s, wireless routers, Wireless modems, email, web services and miscellaneous personal computer software.• Design offers to save customers that align with company revenue models and cancellation policies.• Work effectively with other team members to provide legendary support for external and internal customers.• Identify trends and root cause customer issues in order to create proactive long term resolutions.• Document customer requests, resolutions to customer issues, and negotiations with Customers in a clear and concise fashion.• Contribute to the design and implementation of efficiencies in processing customer requests, reporting issues to market offices, and general continuous improvement. Position Requirements • Outstanding communications, presentation and interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, passion and a belief in the Clearwire product • Strong verbal communication skills • Possess the ability to work in an independent fashion with little supervision.• Possess a strong desire to assist customers and build a world class company based on customer retention• Possess general knowledge of personal computers, computer software, wireless routers, and computer networks.• Blend of general customer service skills and a sales aptitude to resell the benefits of the Clearwire wireless service• Experience with wireless routers, PC security/firewall software, etc a plus but not required.• Team player who values being part of the next internet revolution – wireless broadband• Past customer service experience helpful, but not necessarily required• Demonstrated accomplishments throughout work history in achieving predetermined objectives• Demonstrated history of excellent attendance, contributions to a team and a collective organization
