Strong project management and marketing experience would be of benefit to this team. Research, recommend and implement unique marketing save strategies which meet the company’s strategic and financial goals. Lead cross functional teams to gain departmental acceptance and to implement tactics with aggressive deadlines. Work closely with call center operations, training and executive leadership in order to implement initiatives with effective representative training, measurements and compliance. Marketing tactics involve numerous inbound and outbound customer service centers in the US and abroad Champion all aspects of winback customer treatments throughout the company to include idea generation, marketing campaign development, testing, implementation, analysis and reporting. Lead all inbound and outbound scripting, training, direct mail creation, IVR routing, e-mail and web strategy development for winback retention initiatives. Partner and interact with internal and external data modeling groups in order to implement proactive customer save campaigns to customers prior to their decision point to leave Dish Network. Lead the development of project briefs that include business requirements and follow process management processes and timelines. Coordinate post-project analyses including on-going review of campaigns, ideas for improvement, and relative communication of results. Development from concept stage through execution – strategies to drive incremental revenue per subscriber for DISH Network. Ongoing project management of product launch plans while facilitating the overall operational and marketing rollout of key initiatives. Development of CSR tools to push skillful messaging based on customer variables and prior customer contacts.  Preparing executive-level analysis, reports, project status overview and presentations for senior decision makers in the company. Delivering and executing projects under tight timeframes and under budget. Responding immediately to market needs. Other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications to be considered are: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of job related experience preferred, preferably in the telecommunications industry or with a subscription product or service. Additional Details: Proven experience and success in performing both strategic and execution related roles. Strong analytical skills; excellent project management skills; ability to multi-task; proven success in leading cross-functional teams and comfortable working with technical and non-technical staff. Highly intelligent and have a passion for quantitative analysis and decision making. Strong partner relationship and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities. Able to operate in an environment with changing priorities and the need to respond quickly to situations.
