We want candidates who can rise to the challenge of meeting sales goals and objectives and have working experience in a call center. Your job responsibilities will consist of the following: Retaining customers via inbound calls. Meeting all Save Rate standards. Soliciting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience. Proving aptitude and knowledge of sales and customer service retention capabilities. Working closely with all departments to resolve customer issues (i.e. service/technical issues, billing, credit adjustments, cancellation requests, etc.) Identifying reasons for customer feedback findings to Management. Providing operational and system suggestions to Management. Required Skills for this Retention Associate position include the following: Previous Call Center, Sales and Customer Service experience is a must. Must be flexible with hours and work overtime as needed. Excellent computer skills are a must. Punctual, regular and consistent attendance is required for training and employment.
