As a Retail Store Manager with Clearwire you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of retail account executives to sell Internet service as astounding as the Internet itself. You will have full accountability for the success of a retail store or kiosk location. This position will require you to spend the majority of your time developing relationships with your partners through regular sales meetings, managing and leading sales activities, recognition events and ongoing training opportunities. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced accountability-driven environment with a passion and background in recruiting, coaching and developing sales professionals. We value the contribution of our partners, reward their achievements, and promote from within.Job Responsibilities: • Provide daily direction, sales training and guidance to sales team members in the retail environment. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.• Spend a minimum of 80% on the sales floor.• Build and maintain a winning team of consistent overachievers.• Lead weekly sales team meetings and trainings.• Responsible for inventory management and weekly and monthly reconciliation and audits. • Accountable for all Clearwire policies and procedures associated with Retail Sales.• Provide individual coaching and developmental training for sales reps.• Manage and perform daily sales activities, including but not limited to:o Sales presentationso Closing skillso Knowledge of competitiono Customer contactso After sales follow upo Outbound/Inbound Telemarketing• Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports.• Manage and motivate team to capture sales opportunities through community events, retail partnerships, support of B2E activities.• Establish strong relationships in local community.• Partner with Clearwire’s Field marketing to develop programs to increase store sales at the market level.• Provide customer service for walk-in customer issues after customer care hours.Minimum Qualifications:• 2+ years of successful experience managing a highly dynamic, aggressive sales team in a retail environment • Verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets• Exceptional leader with passion and dedication for mentoring and coaching sales reps to success• Out of the box thinking• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment• Effective leadership skills• Outstanding communication skills• Knowledge of wireless, data communications, voice and telecommunications technology a plus Remove• Must have valid state drivers license • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred • Able to work retail hours of operation including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
