Retail Store Manager is responsible for all operations of company owned retail stores.Motivates and inspires the team to achieve and exceed the budgeted sales metrics, adhere to operational policies, and manage the personnel functions in the stores to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.Trains and develops their staff to ensure continued growth of both the business and the employee. 

 

Duties will include the following:

 Monitor sales performance to ensure all activation goals are met.Ensure staff is properly trained and educated on the products and services we sell.Provide effective and timely feedback to stores both positive and developmental on selling skills.Identify new ways of driving sales to achieve goals. Keep current your knowledge of the communications and wireless industry and share with staff to help further their development.Ensure all stores provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer and that all staff adheres to the customer service standard. Communicate individual store and company goals to staff. Keep up to date on local competition to better educate and prepare the stores to respond to customer questions.

This position is located at our new store at Indian Mound Mall, 771 South 30th Street, Heath, OH  43056. Other locations may be available.
