The Retail Sales Representative will report to the store's management and will have the following responsibilities:
Achieves sales goals and service performance requirements established by company, region and market through new customer sales; accessory sales; features; and providing excellent customer satisfaction.Provides excellent customer service by handling service related issues and handling customer complaints, escalating the issue to management when appropriate.
FLSA: Non-ExemptI. Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively sell to achieve or surpass assigned sales, ABP and accessory goals. Provide exceptional service to every customer and adhere to the Revol customer service standard. Keep updated on knowledge of wireless industry and latest development on local competition. Communicate product and promotional information to customers effectively. Place follow up calls to new customers. Keep store/kiosk & displays clean, neat and organized. Assist management organizing stockroom and inventory. Maintain and fill in floor display of accessories. Support management team in controlling all store expenses Assist in opening and closing the store according to established procedures. Ensures that cash overages or shortages are reporting according to company policy. Address customer questions and where necessary coordinates with store management to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately. Conduct regular inventory counts as required. Ability to use all company systems in regards to processing sales and gathering information for the customer. Completes all Company assigned training in a timely manner. Adhere to Company and store policies and procedures.
II. Qualifications
1+ years experience in retail processes with proven success in sales quota achievement. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer operations. High school graduate. Higher education preferred by not essential.
