PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Effectively communicate to and develop rapport with customers through
door-to-door sales and at events.

# Evaluate customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
# Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing, as
well as competitive advantage over satellite or other competitors.
# Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
# Complete associated paperwork in a timely manner.

# Handle post-installation follow-up with customers as needed.
# Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance at all times.
# Punctual and consistent attendance for daily check-in, assigned
trainings and regular meetings.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
# High School Diploma or GED
* Highly motivated and success driven
# Prior sales experience not required, however, experience with
door-to-door or consumer sales is highly desirable
# Strong verbal communication skills
# Ability to speak more than one language is highly desirable
# Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
# Must be able to work a flexible schedule
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
# Frequent to continuous driving, walking, bending, reaching
# Occasional exposure to inclement weather
# Occasional to frequent exposure to uneven surfaces, hills, stairs,
heights
# Occasional use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
copiers, etc.
# Frequent to extensive local travel
# Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis (sales
materials)
# Must have a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
