Residential Account Executive, Concord, CA

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Up-sell products/services (Cable Television, Voice/Telephone & Internet) to current Comcast subscribers via door-to-door canvas, where you will drive your automobile to residential areas in Contra Costa and Eastern Alameda counties and knock on residence doors unannounced inquiring customer interest regarding Comcast products.
- Prepare and execute customer sales applications and arrange installation dates.
- Systematically review assigned territory to insure dwelling units are contacted on a prescribed and periodic basis.
- Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities (written and computerized).
- Contact subscribers to ensure timely installations.
- Attend sales meetings to stay abreast of current products, rates, services and sales techniques.
- Any and all other sales duties when required.

Required Skills:
A min. of six months+ of outside sales experience preferred.

* Excellent verbal communication and the ability to be persuasive in a positive manner are essential.

* Ability to speak more than one language is highly desirable but not required.

* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Excellent attention to detail and follow through skills is critical.

* Valid CA driver's license, auto insurance, a clean driving record and a reliable form of personal transportation is required.

* Ability to work a 40 hour work week: Tuesday-Saturday shift. Note: Starting/Ending time could vary based on standard and/or daylight savings time.
