Title:  Reservations – L1

 

Reports To:  Delivery Service Manager

 

Department:  US Service Delivery

 

Location:  Golden, CO

 

Date:  August 8, 2008

 

 

 

GENERAL PURPOSE:  Ensure that all reservations are taken accurately and efficiently while providing superior customer service to every client

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Schedule and complete all conference call reservations and servicesAssist in maintaining an answer speed of 13 seconds or lessUtilize knowledge of our business to communicate services to ACT clients and potential clientsMaintain knowledge of all policies and proceduresBe familiar with opening and closing procedures, and if schedule dictates, follow preciselyBe aware of and conform to Company policies in dealing with customers and with every day activities within the CompanyMaintain a professional relationship with clients, co-workers, management, all other ACT employees, consultants, and Vendors.Provide superior customer service at all times to all customers.  Participate in meetings when asked to. Take on extra responsibilities when asked to. Help the department maintain quality stats.Communicate with management team on an ongoing basis.Report all client-affecting issues, via fault reporting system.Manage email on a daily basis. 



 

 

 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

Knowledge, Skill and Ability: 

Customer service, good communication, type 30-35wpm, call center experience a plus, computer skills preferred

 

  Education or Formal Training:  HS Diploma or equivalent

 

  Experience:  Customer Service, Call Center

 

  Equipment Directly Used:  Telephone, PC, Email
