Major Responsibilities
• A reporting analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide analytical support by preparing and analyzing complex data, reports and metrics that identify trends/results and recommending appropriate courses of action to assist internal and external customers and management in the business decision making process. This position is also responsible for reviewing/conducting research, recommending work flow improvements and working with various functions to accomplish their objectives. This position is accountable for the analysis and reporting for all marketing and realization metrics, identifying variances and business impacts. The successful candidate must also be able to facilitate meetings and conduct presentations to review findings and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications
• B.A. / B.S. degree and five to seven years related work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reporting and data analysis experience
• Experience creating and implementing reporting processes
• Ability to influence others.
• Ability to manage and prioritize efforts and manage personal work load
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environment with fix due dates.
• Experience working and managing with MS-Suite
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with databases preferred
