WILL NOT RELOCATE.  Description:This position will report directly to the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs.  Responsibilities include management of several regulatory areas and bankruptcy matters, including primarily the Universal Service Fund and the tracking of the company’s FCC licenses and regulatory compliance filings at the federal, state, and local levels.  Additional duties will include handling customer complaints to the FCC and state commissions and the tracking, preparation, and filing of periodic compliance reports.  In addition, you may be called upon to do some legal research, to liaison with outside counsel, consultants, and various departments on regulatory compliance issues, special projects, and other general corporate matters on an as-needed basis.    Qualifications:Required Skills:  §  Strong analytical skills.§  Solid organizational skills and attention for detail.§  Ability to process work quickly, accurately in a dynamic environment.§  Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.§  Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team environment.Education:§  Bachelor’s degreeExperience:§  Minimum 5 years corporate paralegal experience (preferably in-house) or other comparable experience.§  Knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures and issues.§  Ability to find and retrieve information from government websites, especially from the FCC and Universal Service Administrative Company.§  Accounting§  Bankruptcy  Computer Skills:§  Microsoft Office§  Excel Preferred Skills: Experience in wireless telecommunications About CentennialCentennial Communications (NASDAQ:CYCL), based in Wall, NJ, is a leading provider of regional wireless and integrated communications services in the United States and Puerto Rico with approximately 1.1 million wireless subscribers and 419,500 access lines and equivalents.
