Regional Business Class Sales Manager

"LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS PLYMOUTH, MA Summary: This position will have the responsibility to lead, motivate and train the Business Class Sales Department in the Southeastern Massachusetts Region. This position will oversee the day-to-day sales and fulfillment of our Business Class Commercial Internet and CDV products to ensure attainment of our subscriber and revenue targets. This position will be responsible for budgeting, tracking, reporting and analyzing Workplace sales and fulfillment metrics. Responsibilities also include the oversight of the daily sales activities of the Business Class Account Executives and Business Class Right of Access representatives focused on identifying and qualifying plant extension opportunities, and securing access agreements for commercial buildings and office parks. Responsible for building and managing strong partnerships with Business Class Fulfillment Project Coordinator team, Construction team and Divisional Inbound Sales Team to ensure effective communication and the delivery of exceptional customer service in the small & medium business space. Responsibilities: Provide daily support and direction to the Business Class Sales Team to ensure attainment of individual sales goals and the delivery exceptional service to our Business Class Internet and CDV customers. Partner with Divisional Marketing, Inbound Sales Team and Field Operations to ensure attainment of monthly connect targets. Monitor workflow to ensure that our sales and fulfillment process support our achievement of our weekly and monthly subscriber and revenue targets. Lead Business Class Sales Team in the identification and qualification of plant extension opportunities within the Southeastern Mass. Region. Perform Return On Investment analysis to justify capital expenditure. Ensure attainment of plant extension units passed targets. Manage and track Commercial Capital expenditures. Weekly and monthly tracking, reporting and trend analysis of sales and fulfillment metrics. Assist in the preparation of subscriber and revenue budget, re-forecasting, business case approvals, and expense planning Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development, networks, training and industry related publications. Partner with sales, fulfillment and construction personnel to identify process improvement opportunities and develop problem resolution/ response plans. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance."

Required Skills:
"EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience •3 or more years of leadership experience is required. Preferably in a businesses services environment. •Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. •Proven ability to effectively partner and build consensus across functional areas. •Highly effective communication and project management skills; ability to execute a project from start to finish •Cable TV, Internet or Telecommunications experience preferred.
