Together, we can do great things. Region Account Manager The Region Account Manager will drive sales by developing T-Mobile Retail Partner Accounts. This sales leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand and improving the customer experience. This position is critical for increasing sales and driving Retail Partner relationships, while achieving Subscriber Acquisition Cost objectives. It will have responsibility of one or more accounts within the Region. This sales leader will report to the Director of Accounts and have a close working relationship with the Market Directors of Field Sales and Managers of Business Development. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have 5 – 8 years of significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results. "The MUST HAVE" - (ALL) !!!!!! - Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent education experience - Experience managing sales and operations for a $100M+ market unit or segment and understand a P&L / financial statements!!!! - Significant business analysis skills along with in-depth retail/Indirect experience (MULTI Units) a must. - Strong focus on customer and quality - Excellent communications and influencing skills - High levels of understanding of the 4 P's !!!!!!!!!!! - Able to align with the company's culture and values, a visible leader as perceived by colleagues - A professional who demonstrates a "take charge" spirit; moves others to action by planning, motivating, organizing, and controlling work being done. - Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly. - Able to create team atmosphere with internal staff, while achieving key objectives, accessible, committed, and responsive. Able to act as a confidant of the senior management team on sensitive strategic and personnel matters. - Through effective communication skills, present ideas and information in a way that creates a climate in which others are informed and want to participate in driving organizational changes and priorities. - Mature – a good balance of risk taking and judgment, confidence and assertiveness, open-minded and flexible. - Foster professional development of subordinates through coaching and feedback on results; shares personal knowledge and experience; moves decisively on performance problems. Values and capitalizes on diversity of backgrounds and thought processes. Leads by example. - Demonstrated high ethical and moral behavior, unquestionable integrity and character. - Able to lead and guide Senior Management through business solutions. - Has talent to build and maintain relationships, both internally with team members and Senior Management, as well as externally with customers and other functional leaders.
