Recruiting Manager Western, AR Description:Job Title: Recruiting ManagerJob Location: Wichita, KS or Springdale, ARIt's an exciting time to join Cox Communications!Cox Job Summary:The Recruiting Manager directs all executive, professional, technical, and non-exempt recruiting including college/university recruiting for the Kansas/Arkansas region. Oversees the identification of potential candidates, interviewing, selection, and placement of candidates for employment. Manages a team of recruiters and coordinators.Cox Job Specifications:Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting functions, to include EEO and AAP reporting. Ensures recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with the company's talent strategy and desired employee capabilities/skills. Drives the design and integration of employment advertising and employer branding strategies and concepts. Responsible for vendor-management/relations with 3rd party contributors to include employment agencies, recruiters, contractors, and marketing agencies. Responsible for developing strong relationships with professional networking organizations to proactively identify talent. Directs the design and implementation of candidate sourcing, development and delivery strategies through efficient and cost- effective methods to meet the company's current and future talent needs. Manages equity and consistency in employee transfer processes. Creates and guides the implementation of hiring methodologies that will ensure effective and efficient review of candidates while maintaining the quality of employees. Oversees company recruitment at trade/career shows. Maintains and monitors recruiting metrics to monitor recruiter performance. Responsible for relocation administration and oversight. May spend a significant portion of time as an individual contributor performing assignments that require a higher level of experience or technical expertise than direct reports OR may be an in-depth functional manager.
