Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our busy midtown, NY sales office. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answering and screening in-bound telephone callsGreeting and announcing all visitorsScheduling of conference roomsSorting / distributing incoming mailMailing and tracking outgoing packagesUpdating office phone listingOther duties as assigned

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProfessional and helpful demeanorAttention to detailProficiency in Word and Excel, PowerPoint is a must
