RF Engineer - WIMAX Engineer -IP Engineer- Site Acquisition - Project Manager - Construction Manager

GTL USA, Inc. is a leading network services company in the US and abroad.  GTL offers services and solutions to address the Network Life Cycle requirements of Telecom Carriers and Technology providers (OEMs).  We are currently expanding our US Operations and searching for qualified and experienced people to fill these open positions listed below.  We currently have offices in Harrisburg, PA - Dallas, TX - Chicago, IL.

Packet Core network

· Good understanding of UMTS/GPRS/EDGE Packet Core Network architecture is required.

· Background on network nodes O&M support  Required

· Thorough understanding of the UMTS protocols, call handling and signaling is required.

· Good understanding of data application session flows and signaling for TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP and WAP is preferred.

· Work experience on Nokia SGSNs is preferred.
Expertise in Analyzing and Trouble shooting UMTS and EDGE data performance issues is required.

· Ability to define processes and document processes

·  Ability to provide direction to peers and propose performance expectations in project-related roles.

· Ability to lead and facilitate meetings.

·  Ability to manage multiple projects.

· Vigilant in the execution of efforts and initiatives the team is engaged in

Basic knowledge in SQL programming, protocol analyzers and other Performance Tools is required.
Good verbal and written presentation and communication skills are required.

Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent experience is required, a Masters degree is preferred.
Must be able to travel and eligible to work in the United States or Canada. The locations are extremely attractive and Salary is extremely competitive
