RF Engineer CDMA /UMTS Designer

Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Installation/Maintenance/Repair RF Engineer CDMA /UMTS Designer TEKsystems is looking for an experienced RF Engineer to design, deploy, and integrate new cell sites in a CDMA Wireless network. This position is a 6 month contract to hire. The RF Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment and integration of new cell sites in a CDMA wireless network. Less than 90% of Engineer's work will be at a computer terminal. Travel to cell sites may be required, but rare.Experience required includes 3+ years of CDMA and UMTS RF Engineering experience and Nortel or Lucent experience. Candidates must also be proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office products. Programming skills in VB or SQL is a plus. Candidate must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
