Their portfolio of services span across data, telecommunications, as well as integrated and converged networking solutions. We are assisting this customer with a large budget, high-profile project that will offer great exposure to any candidates joining our organization. Background and Responsibilities: Candidates will be responsible for managing the construction and LAN installations at more than 40 locations. Prior experience as a primary project manager needed for candidates to be successful in this role. Duties included, but are not limited to: 1. Managing the site specific requirements gathering and approval process, construction managers and inspectors performing quality assurance of each installation. 2. Provide contract administration, including management of change orders; managing the submittal and approval of project plans and schedules 3. Managing contractor performance; managing business administration, including accounting and estimating; and ensure compliance with applicable safety, employment, and business laws. 4. Provide timely reporting to all stakeholders. Candidates will be: 1. Accountable for directing and managing project requirements for many project sites. 2. Responsible for contracting, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management. 3. Developed project scope, roles and responsibilities and detailed project plans. 4.
