Project Manager-Solutions Delivery Atlanta, GA 30302 Description:TITLE: Project Manager-Solutions Delivery Atlanta, GeorgiaREPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Solutions DeliverySUMMARY OF POSITION: This individual will be an intrinsic member of the project management team responsible for the implementation of new software releases of the billing system (including the migration from ICOMS to iSERV in a multi-year, multi-phased rollout plan). This individual will be responsible for creating the project plan and communicating/coordinating with all the appropriate parties, as well as insuring that the project is tracked and completed on time and within budgeted constraints. This individual will also be accountable for analyzing project requirements, determining impact assessments and overseeing a project from planning to implementation. Additional responsibilities will include assisting the field offices and other Corporate IT initiatives with managing special projects. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manage the development and implementation of projects related to ICOMS including upgrades, conversions and other technological solutions.2. End to end Project Management for assigned field office conversions as part of the iSERV Migration.3. Participate as needed in iSERV project governance meetings as representative of Solutions Delivery Workstream, contribute to periodic BN/BA reviews of business needs and ICOMS checks, enhancement reviews and prioritization, and system design over the multi-phased roll-out. 4. Obtain business and information technology sponsor approvals; direct project team members (including field office, vendor resources, contractors, and multiple Cox departments), create and maintain detailed project timeline and resource schedules. 5. Provide periodic status reports and project plans documenting/tracking milestones and timely alerting of potential changes to the project/deployment goals. Create and apply project control techniques that reduce risk from changing technological infrastructure, hardware, automations, systems software, or applications systems.6. Take responsibility for changes to applications software and systems environments to ensure that changes to the environment have been properly analyzed and adequately coordinated and do not adversely impact the companys ability to meet published customer service level agreements;7. Contribute to implementation success and technical system stability by using change methodologies that assure the reliability of business and operations information management systems;8. Act as subject matter expert/liaison between field offices and billing system vendor.9. Assist as needed with QA testing, analysis of site requests, reporting and special projects.10. Assist Budget planning and responsible for tracking project costs.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Technical college degree and/or 5 years Telecommunications Industry experience. 2. 5 years IT Project Management experience required. 3. PMP Certification a plus 4. 5 years ICOMS Billing experience preferred. 5. Cox site experience a plus. 6. Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills required. 7. Strong leadership and planning skills required. 8. Ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9.
