Responsibilities:Prime customer interface for all ongoing project activities;Responsible to establish and maintain the customer relationship once contract is awarded;Ensures completeness of the customer order against the sales order.  Ensures that all process controls are adhered to;Prepares, reviews and presents the project scope of work; Establishes, monitors and updates the project schedule on a regular basis to reflect the current status of the project;Tracks project budget and initiates billing process;Monitors project implementation to ensure compliance with customer specifications;  Manages customer’s expectations;Manages and tracks project changes or deviations from the project schedule, scope or budget as they occur during project implementation;Co-ordinates project tasks with all functional groups involved: Hardware and Software development, System test, Training & Educational services, Technical communications, and Purchasing;Interfaces with all relevant departments to ensure that project milestones are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner;Prepares, negotiates and manages project subcontracts, as required;May be asked to participate in the preparation of proposals and quotations;Participate on an on-going basis in the optimization of the Project Management processes.

Qualifications:Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent;Minimum eight (8) years experience in Project Management;Experience and knowledge of the public safety sector, working with local and state governments, 911 centers, telephone companies and/or the utility market;Knowledge of voice and data applications; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project;Excellent communicator and well organized;Ability to manage stress in a multi-task environment and good analytical skills;Be autonomous, sociable and highly motivated;Knowledge of Spanish is an asset;Able to travel 25% of the time.
