Project Documentation Coordinator

Job Purpose:The Project Documentation Coordinator is responsible for producing documents from data provided by our field team. This position can work either from our Longmont, CO headquarters or our office in Burlington, VT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Produce a number of documents from data provided by our Survey team. Coordinate and maintain a timeline. Follow up with Survey team to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain ShareFile software. Work on survey, site acquisition and master address Excel documents. Ensure process documentation is current at all times.Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma. 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office - must have advanced word processing skills and Excel proficent.  Must have desire and ability to learn company software applications.  Ability to coordinate several projects at once. Ability to work independently using good time management skills. Strong communication skills a must. Must be able follow through on each task to ensure completion by identified resources. Able to communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
