Reporting to VP Engineering

 

Job Purpose Provide technical AV system expertise to the sales, marketing, engineering and customer service functions of the company. 

Location Maynard, MA (Headquarters) 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:Handle technical support on complex system level issues with pre & post sales customersField application/install/debug supportTest and evaluate system performance of Revolabs equipment with 3rd part products & systemsWrite application notes and technical white papersAssist with technical content for product and marketing literatureOther duties as assigned

 

Skills & Experience:

Experience with AV system design, system architecture and technical requirements,  particularly audio systemsSavvy with customers in person, on phones, via emailExcellent written and oral communications skillsProficient with computers and common business applicationsAble to participate as a team member

 

 Education and Qualifications:

CTS certification or equivBS Engineering or CS a plusMin 5 years designing, installing,  troubleshooting AV systemsSmall company or startup experience a plusSmall company or startup mentality requiredA team player with a desire to pickup the ball and run with it.

 

Additional RequirementsMay require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)Limited weekend and/or night work may be requiredDomestic travel requiring multi-night staysInternational travel may be requiredValid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract.Current valid U.S. Passport is desirable
