Product Manager - Stamford, CT

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including:  gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue, competitive positioning and customer satisfaction goals are met. 



 

Responsibilities

- Define the product strategy and roadmap for defined product set

- Be a subject matter expert with respect to the competition and key industry trends

- Execute product marketing tactics and programs that support achievement of all annual product plans and objectives

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day support of the products to all internal and external customers

- Own the P&L for assigned products

- Ensure that assigned products are effectively positioned and priced against the competition to achieve company strategic and tactical sales objectives

 

Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience in product management for a data networking technology services

- Knowledge of telecommunications or software services

- Knowledge of the healthcare or property-casualty industry a plus

- Bachelors Degree required

- Strong drive and initiative

- Ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels
