Product Manager Advanced Video Services - Manchester, NH

North Central Division

The primary objective of the Product Manager - Advanced Video Services is to develop and manage the Advanced Video business line within the NorthCentral Division. This manager will oversee unit and revenue responsibility and be seen as the product expert with respect to Video On Demand, Pay-Per-View, DVR, new product trials/launches, product positioning and pricing, and sales channel strategy.

Management of Video On Demand and PPV Products, including:
Partnering with Corporate to identify product enhancements and influence the National product roadmap in line with the needs of the NorthCentral Division
Analysis of Monthly Product metrics, including; revenue, usage, forecasting, and trending, and variance analysis.
Oversight of a Local On Demand Content Strategy.
Identifying and leveraging best practices across the NorthCentral's six Regions.
Lead Division strategy for on-screen programming guide (IPG) enhancements, partnering with Engineering and Advanced Services on deployment of product upgrades.
Oversee growth of and feature enhancements to HD and DVR set-top boxes, partnering with corporate product team and division Engineering and Advanced Services teams on functionality improvements.
Collaborate with Corporate, Regions, and Advanced Services to identify and manage new product trials and introductions for the NorthCentral Division.
Partner with Regions and Finance to manage annual budget and monthly forecasts for product and equipment growth, revenue, converter needs, and operating income. Analyze monthly financial and unit performance against the budgets or latest forecasts. Formulate and implement action plans to resolve any unfavorable variances in unit growth, retention, revenue, and margin.
Partner with Strategic Marketing, Sales Channels, and Regions to manage creation of benefit messaging, competitive differentiation, to ensure proper product positioning for all Advanced Video Products

Required Skills:
5-7 years related marketing and product management experience

Excellent project management skills; strong analytical, financial, organizational and presentation skills; demonstrated team-building skills; proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word; ability to manage in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. B.S. in Marketing, Business Management or related field; MBA a plus.
