POSITION SUMMARY: Plan, promote and administer the Customer Service activity to ensure quality service and Interface with customers. Provide guidance and work direction to tellers and head tellers. Achieve departmental sales and retention targets.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Maintain Quality Assurance standards
Compile Monthly Reports
Follow and administer Cash Handling Policies and procedures
Provide guidance and work direction to the tellers
Maintain expertise in communicating various products and services to customers
Resolve complex customer issues covering a full range of services in a prompt, professional manner
Perform duties such as customer follow-up on installation/service quality, greet walk in customers, handle cash and process requests on a direct customer contact basis
Monitor employee performance and service to customers
Perform other related duties as assigned
Must be flexible regarding work hours to accommodate personnel leave requests and special events.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Required Skills:
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years with at least one year experience as a customer service representative performing at a level III or better
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong written, oral, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
Must have initiative and be a team player
