Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of information, and act as the liaison between National Sales Manager, national account executive, various other departments (Traffic, Research, Marketing, etc.) and the rep firm, NCC.

Create and/or customize sales and/or sports presentations.

Manage process of all sold promotional and sponsorship opportunities.

Provide National Sales Manager and National Cable Communications (NCC) staff with necessary sales materials, which may include inventory reports, sales updates, programming changes, packages and one-sheets. Manage Electronic Media Kit (EMK).

Handle day to day activities (rates, makegoods, and promotions) with all NCC offices and non-rep clients.

Maintain weekly business report.

Create & update Customer Care Reports (CCR's); Continue to develop and expand CCR's.

Create and manage Regional Planners for Ad Tag/Ad Copy clients.

Provide advertising rates and assist in creating Strata schedules as needed.

Assist in preparation of quarterly NCC business plan meetings, annual budgeting plans, and annual NSM business plan.

Other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
