Part Time Retail Sales Rep, Temple

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8AM-7 PM and Saturday 10AM - 6PM
SUMMARY:
Promote and sell Time Warner Cable products and services to our customers in a retail venue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior sales experience in retail preferred.
Previous CRT or computer work experience required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have excellent reading, writing, people and verbal communication skills.
Must have a neat appearance.
Must be aggressive and self-motivated.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
JOB DUTIES:
Conduct sales presentation and present our products to customers by managing "kiosks" in a shopping mall setting and other retail outlets.
Answer customers' questions about our products or their existing cable service.
Maintain accurate customer records for services and equipment requested.
Safeguard all company equipment such as converters, remote controls, modems, TVs and other equipment located at the retail outlet.
Enter new orders or service requested work orders. Receive payments from customers. Meet and/or exceed company sales and revenue goals.
Maintain privacy of subscriber data.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
OTHER COMMENTS:
Requires standing for extended hours per day at a "kiosk" or similar retail outlet as well as some stooping/kneeling.
Must have good manual dexterity to conduct installations.
Will be working in a noisy, high traffic environment (mall).
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
