PROJECT MANAGER

Farmstead Telephone Group, a company that sells, installs and maintains both new and refurbished telecommunication products nationwide has an opening for a Project Manager.  Farmstead offers a complete benefit package that includes medical, dental, life and disability insurance and paid vacation, sick and personal time as well as investment opportunities through the 401K plan.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate installations including acting as single point of contact for customer Perform introductory call with customer Establish project milestones; assign and coordinate technical resources Close out with customer and assigned resources Verify customer charges and invoice install portion of project Manage open orders for all projects Provide technical support for sales and internal employees Provide design/configure back-up for design specialists

EDUCATION/SKILLSAS/BS in engineering, communications, business or related field Minimum 5 years experience in project management; experience in telecommunications field preferred Knowledge of all Avaya products: Communications Manager (Definity), Partner, IP Office and all voice mail systems Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Avaya product certification
