Job Purpose:

Generates revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, cold calling, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.

 

Duties:

* Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

 

* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments through cold calling; working  with employee and customer referrals, expanding product offering through existing customer base, working with making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

 

* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts, and using our strong Feature, Benefit Value Proposition to position for the close.

 

* Expands sales in territory by introducing new products and services to the local small businesses.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

1-2+ years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short sales cycle model,

Presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Meeting Sales Goals, Basic computer knowledge.
