We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Outbound Sales Specialist  - The Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for making telephone contact directly with prospective and existing customers generally using an automatic dialer and call scripting.  You will be responsible for generating sales for our client base by demonstrating sound product knowledge, a focus on quality service, and impeccable work ethic.

Customer Care Specialist  – You will be responsible for conducting brief surveys in a high-volume, outbound call center environment.  You will be responsible for meeting daily performance goals while demonstrating a focus on quality, efficiency, and impeccable work ethic.

Minimum Requirements for both positions:

1.      6 months – 1 year customer service or sales experience

2.      Driven and self motivating

3.      Ability to work with minimal supervision

4.      High energy, positive-minded, and excellent work ethic

5.      Capable of handling high outbound call volumes

6.      Good listening skills

7.      Basic computer proficiency
