Order Management Account Manager

Responsible to produce and execute shipment schedules for manufacturing and production to meet delivery dates and product quantities to fulfill customer orders. Identify customer demands, product priorities, allocations, and operational capacities. Plan, monitor and measure progress by established standards of performance. Monitor material and supply inventories through computer information systems to meet required customer shipments. Interface with all support departments and customers on a daily basis to stay abreast of changes and to communicate needs, priorities and realistic product availability. Function as single point of contact for issues of product status, product quantities and time of delivery.

* Function as single point of contact for issues of product status, product quantities, time of delivery, PO status, and PO change requests regarding quantities adjustments or date changes.
* Responsible for designing, reengineering and managing of Global Supply Chain systems customer views. Includes design and or use of SCM systems such as DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) transactions in SAP for managing overseas factory shipments to strategic locations in North America per customer demand.
* Use of Automated Supply Chain planning systems such as the Automated Daily Shipment Plan and Auto Transportation Load plan in SAP to manage flow of product to the U.S. market.
* Work towards migration to advanced SCM processes using EDI such as automated PO receipt as well as customer sell thru / inventory via EDI in effort to increase overall Supply Chain visibility.
* Assume lead role as Supply Chain expert representing Samsung during customer scorecard reviews.
* Lead CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) customer calls. Use SAP and or advanced Supply Chain forecasting tools to assist in CPFR supply planning activities
* Attends weekly meetings for each product sales division and provides customer demands and priorities, anticipated shipments, production capacity, allocation of available products and recommended courses of action.
* Responsible for materials management, order management and logistics planning activities.
* Ensures product shipment integrity through all stages of product receiving, inspection, warehousing, shipment and delivery to ensure customer's receipt of product in accordance with sales order demands.
* Establishes Quality Assurance inspection schedules and priorities to ensure completion of QA inspections and release of products.
* Creates and updates statistical data, spreadsheets, reports and charts to identify product availability, sales order demands, customer priorities and product allocation to meet customer demands.
* Produces master and specific schedules for manufacturing and production to meet delivery dates and product quantities to fulfill customer orders.
* Researches, resolves and takes action to correct or change priorities according to changes in product availability, process changes, shipment schedule changes and product QA abnormalities.
* Ensures proper execution of the Order Management portion of the customer acceptance and revenue recognition process.
* Plans, schedules, coordinates and releases drop shipments to customers from satellite distribution centers to insure product is delivered accurately.
* Maintains and updates any and all documents related to customer's weekly Supply Chain meetings.
* Coordinates and leads daily logistics conference calls with multiple third party logistics distribution centers.
* Create supply plans / special projects schedules and timelines necessary to deliver orders per customer demand.

* Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2 years of a college education in business or technology.
* Should have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, sales order fulfillment, product distribution and shipment.
* Demonstrated abilities in production planning, researching, responding to and resolving sales order, logistics, product allocation and shipping inquiries and other related issues utilizing Sales Order Management systems.
* Read write and verbal communications skills to provide production schedules, to prepare and present plans and information to manufacturing, sales and order management personnel and to customers.
* Experience using Microsoft PC software including extensive use of Excel spreadsheets, Word, Access and SAP business system or similar sales order management software application.
