Order Fulfillment Center ManagerThis position reports to the Order Fulfillment Center Director. The Order Fulfillment Center Manager leads a cross-functional team of associates responsible for Order Setup, Order Registration, Order Management, Delivery Coordination, and Invoicing. Responsibilities: Leadership: Demonstrates leadership through decision- making, delegation of tasks, team support and feedback. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident. Change Management: Effective change manager through task delegation, assisting with performance objectives, and relationship development and maintenance. Relationship Building: Drives cross-functional cooperation as needed (KAMs, PMs, Corporate Finance, Customer) to ensure a collaborative relationship exists. Maintains clear communication with cross-functional teams regarding mutual expectations. Develops and maintains relationships beyond the order fulfilment environment, both horizontally and vertically. Customer Orientation: Capable of analyzing operations and processes in the customer organization that impact the order process. Seeks to improve and strengthen KAM/PM customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Assumes responsibility for issues as required to ensure success. Results Focused: Establishes metrics and methods to optimize the value of the standardized processes, both formal and informal. Point of contact for senior management, providing updates on goal achievements. Ensures the maintenance and reporting of all defined KPIs. Program Establishment: Provides consultation on ordering strategies and process standardization. Ensures all commitments are met in accordance with KAM and PM customer’s overall goals and objectives.
