Omniture Web Analytics Analyst Atlanta Description:Title: Business Analyst, Interactive Media/Omniture Web AnalyticsLocation: Atlanta, GAReports To: Director of Business Operations, Online Strategy & Interactive MediaSummary of Position:If you enjoy interactive online media and are a self-starting individual with strong analytical, communications, and problem-solving skills and work well in a team environment - this is your dream job. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Operation, Web Strategy and Interactive Media. The position requires close coordination with online technology, user experience, creative, marketing and sales groups to effectively implement and optimize the web analytics across all Cox online properties using Omniture web analytics suite.Position Responsibilities:1. Conduct web analysis with a focus on site design enhancements, usability, site structure, behavioral analysis, data mining, customer segmentation, performance management and end-to-end monitoring, and other relevant statistical analyses to improve the customer experience and improve ROI. 2. Report periodic and ad hoc site performance and user experience related issues. Using existing Omniture web analytics platforms and other analytics tools, measure of key performance indicators of technology, marketing, sales activities. 3. Administer Omniture product; manage profiles, dash board, campaigns, reports, standard and custom code, issue management, and training.4. Coordinate with various internal business/user groups to determine, analyze and identify process improvements on the site, new product initiatives, customer behavioral tests such as A/B testing, etc. 5. Communicate with others in the Web Strategy and Interactive Media team to ensure that all reporting requirements needed for proper online customer behavior analysis are met.6. Coordinate all Web Analytic initiatives. Identify proactively opportunities to improve user experience and site effectiveness.7. Stay current with Omniture product developments; advise management team of new implementation or data collection opportunities.Qualifications:Requirements/Qualifications:1. 2 years experience working with an online business, with hands-on experience in using Omniture web analytics suite. 2. Must have effectively used Omniture SiteCatalyst and Discover to analyze, report and provide recommendations on the following areas:a. OptimumPath and Dynamic Path Flowsb. Advanced Segmentation c. Allocation and Participationd. Excel Integratione. Search Engine Marketingf. Email Marketingg. Ad/Display Marketingh. Survey Integration3. Must have conducted extensive Omniture Discover analysis to conduct segmentation, site analysis, fallout analysis and dynamic path flow reports.4.
