Office Assistant

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am -5pm              Total Hours per Week: 40

Educational Requirements:  Some college preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite a must. Some QuickBooks experience preferred.

Experience Required: A minimum of 1-3 years in similar position, preferably in a small business.  Some inventory control is desirable.

Description of Duties: Rapidly growing technology company seeks individual to complete general office duties including but not limited to: light bookkeeping and QuickBooks support, assisting with invoicing, handling incoming phone calls, faxes and emails, shipping, receiving and returns, scheduling, follow-up calls and collection calls. In addition to general office duties, responsibilities may also some minor project coordination as well as inventory control. 

Skills: We seek candidates that have the unique blend of detailed organization and creative abilities.  Candidates should also have a solid understanding of how to work independently and follow a project through, from conception to completion, both effectively and proficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of clients, staff, and outside vendors is a must. Finally, you must desire a position in which you are a team player and excited to be part of a company that distinguishes themselves by providing exemplary customer service. You must have the ability to succeed in a demanding, fast paced, entrepreneurial family-owned business environment
